Minor flaw: sugar bombs are included, and you receive emails asking you to write a review... which I am now doing with the retro keyboard acquired here—great sound, highly recommended.

As the original sticks in my Steam Deck had started to crunch suspiciously, I ordered these Hall Effect sticks. After installation, unfortunately, the left stick turned out to be defective. The defective sticks were then quickly and accommodatingly replaced by Decky support.

The (now perfectly working) sticks feel truly excellent and precise. Installation is easy to perform with a minimum of manual skill.

I already wrote this review for the Hall Effect Sticks for the OLED, but for such outstanding service, I simply have to include the review here again:

I originally only ordered new Hall Effect Sticks for my OLED Deck. When a super nice email confirmation came for the order, I replied and asked if there were spare parts for the Modcase, as the metal bracket has to be used very carefully and can easily break otherwise. I can't express how pleasantly surprised I am by the incredibly kind and helpful customer service from Kevin. Together we found a solution that is more than fair to me, and I can't thank you enough for that. So from me, generally for this site, if you are looking for accessories for your handheld, an absolute recommendation in every respect!
